The Underground Base

This the headquarters of Voltaire, a elderly man in his sixties with a dream in mind to shape the world in his own image. He recruits people he founds with not so normal abilities to make his version come true for a better world. He seeking all the children/or adults that bloodlines are tied to the powerful spirit beasts. He may always found a few other special people along the way or powerful objects in his search for power to shape his new age. If you come willingly or not he is coming for you. The base just looks like a large area craft hanger form the outside and goes down four levels, you need different levels of clearance to go down into the depth. The hanger area is the training area, then level one is the medical+Employee living+Mess Hall/Living areas+Victors Glass Dome Laboratory, Level Two is Voltaire's office+living apartment+Meeting room, Level Three is the spirit beast peoples living area apartment (Soraka, Alex, Katrina & Kieran live here), Level four require the highest clearance so unless you have clearance your not founding out what down there.
